Last Updated: October 14, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Ms. Mae's Learning Club! We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources and want every customer to have a positive experience.

Digital Products

All products sold through Ms. Mae's Learning Club are digital downloads, including printable phonics worksheets, reading packets, flashcards, and educational activities.

Because digital products are available for download after purchase, all sales are generally considered final and nonrefundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable law or described below.

Refund Exceptions

We understand that mistakes and technical issues can happen. Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

  • Technical Issues: You are unable to access or download your purchased files, and we cannot resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect or Defective Files: You received the wrong product or a file that does not work properly.

  • Accidental Purchases: You contact us before accessing or downloading the purchased product.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, and we will work with customers to find a reasonable solution.

Download Assistance

If you experience difficulties accessing your purchased materials, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the problem or provide a replacement download.
